Suppliers
Our policy is to source the best of local produce
wherever possible.
This enables us to support local businesses and to help
the environment by cutting down on transport and
packaging. It also means that you experience the
authentic taste of Mull and the West Coast of Scotland
in the superb dishes created by our Head Chef, Helen
Swinbanks and her team.

Tobermory Fish Farm, Baliscate for
locally landed and smoked
fish.
Meat
Mull Butchers, Main Street, Tobermory.
A community project designed to encourage local
producers to market their produce locally. Our meat can
be sourced to individual producers on the island.
Shellfish
Lobsters and langoustines landed locally. Mussels – Tobermory Bay
Vegetables and salad
Glengorm Gardens, Glengorm Castle Delivered on the same day as they are
picked, during the season.
Whisky
